Montgomery Cove is a waterfront home community located in Concord (West Knoxville), Tennessee. It is convenient to Downtown Knoxville and minutes from upscale shopping areas located in Farragut. The community consists of classic, traditional homes and tree lined sidewalks throughout.
Montgomery Cove offers a host of amenities which are available to residents.
- Pool: The large pool is available for residents and their guests. The pool features ample lounging areas plus a covered area for picnics.
- Clubhouse: The clubhouse is available for resident meetings, parties, and gatherings. It is frequently used for HOA & committee meetings, game nights and community social events. The community center is also available for residents to rent for private events.
- Tennis Courts: There are two tennis courts available for resident use.
- Basketball Court: There is a basketball goal available for resident use.
- Pickleball: There are Pickleball court markings within the tennis court.
- Dock: There is a dock convenient for fishing and temporary docking of small boats for loading and unloading passengers.
